Career background & qualifications: I’ve been working in various roles across the finance and accounting sectors for the last 9 years, obtaining a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Finance), Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) (CAANZ) & Diploma of Financial Planning (Kaplan).
What was your first job? Admin Assistant at Pursehouse Rural.
What do you love about working at Nortons? I’m passionate about small business and get a kick out of taking the intimidation out of numbers, increasing efficiencies and delivering on the value add, so our clients can focus on the good stuff and achieve their business goals. I love seeing a good small business win! I also love problem solving and collaborating with the team here at Nortons.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Hanging out with my family and friends, exploring the outdoors and travelling.
What’s your favourite thing about Mudgee? Mudgee has such a diverse array of businesses for a small country town, from the brilliant winery, foodie and creative scenes, to charming boutiques and accommodation, all operating alongside strong agricultural, mining and other large-scale commercial enterprises. It’s such a vibrant and enterprising community to visit and live in.
